Welcome to our Talent Market.
We all know that hiring can be a pain for both the job seeker and the employer.
Our goal here is to better streamline the hiring process for both the demand and supply side of the market, especially for companies across the early-to-late stage pipeline in helping them better recruit top-tier talent.
How it works
Job seekers are encouraged to register their interest through our sign-up portal.
Once completed, all details are kept securely on our side and provided to employers who have a direct relationship with us. This could be our own portfolio companies as well as other companies affiliated with our community i.e. mentors, advisors, scouts, investors etc.
Every few weeks, an internal private community newsletter is sent out and in it will be mentions of the latest candidates.
If there’s interest from the employer side, we’ll make contact directly with the candidate(s) and do a warm introduction between both sides.
From here on out, we tap out and allow both parties to engage with each other directly.
We’re actively seeking feedback and suggestions to improve this process so let us know if you have any thoughts on what we’re building and how we can make this fair, convenient and efficient for everyone.
