For us, we simply don't just invest our capital in you, but we want to invest our time and effort in each and every one of our companies. This includes everything from our experience and guidance to introductions with some of our amazing partners, advisors, and friends.

Stages

We invest primarily across both pre-seed and seed stages.

Co-Investing

We invest alongside top-tier investors and may lead depending on the stage of the company to ensure there’s a healthy mix of participants who can add value to the company’s growth.

Following-on

Yes, we want to follow on and only across a specific number of our companies.

Regions

We invest across Australia, New Zealand, and the US. These are strategic regions where we can leverage our networks but also foster collaboration, innovation, and global expansion. Initially, we’ll start off with these regions, but will soon expand our presence to other parts of the world.

Check (cheque) Sizes

Our ticket sizes will depend on a combination of the company’s growth stage and its requirements. In general, tickets can range between $USD 50K-$USD 250K.

Value-Add

Our team consists of operators and founders who have been through the trenches and frontlines of what it takes to build a company. We use our experience across Silicon Valley, Australia, and LatAm to help guide you on your company-building journey — this includes operations, technology, product, strategy, and growth.

Plus, we’ll make the right introductions from our network to help with fundraising and partnerships, so you can focus on building!
